Brand Awareness with Mobile Messaging.

What is Brand Awareness?

Investopedia defines it as the “extent to which consumers are familiar with the distinctive qualities or image of a particular brand of goods or services.”

Brand awareness is related to the marketing of a particular product or service to make the consumers aware of its market presence. Which can be initially done through advertisements or brand deals. Once the consumer finds that the product is unique then the further operation is carried out by word of mouth which beats any other marketing technic.

Negligence towards creating brand awareness can result in brand failure though it is not the only reason as we have seen businesses or subsidiaries underperforming or failing due to lack of innovation too.

A successful brand awareness campaign requires a strong communication network.

Establishing the ground with the communication network

Creating a market presence is one thing but communication plays an important role in the success or failure of any organisation. With a sudden transition to remote working culture, an efficient messaging platform can quickly become the backbone of any business. Having good communication can ensure the business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-customer (B2C) or business-to-government (B2G) communication and transactions are carried out seamlessly.

The majority of firms even today widely depend upon mailing services to exchange business conversation which is considered as a most professional format but it has its own flaws to it. The main flaws are it being slow and time-consuming and also having the basic interface which is not as userfriendly as that on other messaging platforms. Running campaigns on different messaging platforms can result in impressive results by trapping new customers and this can be done more efficiently by using IPX services.

What is IPX?

Internetwork Packet Exchange or popularly known as IPX is a global backbone originally intended for the mobile operator to connect with each other to be able to connect services between themselves to share data like voice, roaming data eventually growing to cloud services for email service and its instant messaging services and support enterprise and certainly mobile messaging is also an IPX service.

IPX being from a completely separate network from the public internet can ensure that's is far more secure as it is managed and monitored to provide quality and the guaranteed end to end service.

IPX ecosystem consists of:

  1. IPX provider (IPX-p): A vendor who sells IPX services to service providers

  2. Service provider (SP): An operator who buys IPX services from one or more IPX providers. Typically these service providers are mobile network operators and fixed and cable network operator

Using various messaging platforms to achieve the target

It is hard to find an individual who isn't liked to social media that itself defines how platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram are integrated into our life. Hence, it can be the most effective way of targeting the audience and boosting brand awareness.

Messaging platforms including text (SMS) and multimedia messaging (MMS), push notifications, voice, mobile wallet, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, and WhatsApp can be used for having a meaningful conversation with the customers. These messaging platforms can allow you to stay connected with the customers 24/7 and provide them with seamless services. One can decide to notch it up using the IPX ecosystem.

With the things we are facing in the year, 2020 is all about reinventing and re-establishing yourself and adapting to changes coming around. It is necessary to have a higher state of connectedness irrespective of on-site or remote work culture.
